Day Porter Qualifications:
- The Day Porter duties include: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, restroom cleaning and stocking of supplies, monitor property perimeter, all common areas, changing light bulbs and replacing ceiling tiles.
- Professional attitude & appearance and can work independently.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable and responsible.
- Must have 1+ year of experience in this industry, optimistic and focus on detail.
- Must speak / read English - Spanish
