Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will provide logistic management resource support for the Naval Warfare Department, Combat Ship Systems, and equipment. The candidate shall provide Quality Assurance AIT Workbook review by following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for AIT Workbook and OSIC Processing 9090-16U0001-A00.

• Maintain an up-to-date tracking matrix of scheduled installations
• Maintain electronic copies of completed workbooks and related documentation in an accessible central location (preferably NSWC PHD SharePoint) for all installations
• Build and review AIT workbooks for completeness prior to and following each installation.
• Ensure a certified and qualified AIT OSIC is assigned to each installation prior to Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) Electronic Check-in.
• Ensure the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is completed prior to the start of work
• Ensure all copies of documents in the AIT/QA Workbook are legible.
• Ensure all documents in sections 1-21 is in chronological order, oldest to newest.
• Ensure certificates are oriented to be read vertically in portrait mode.

On-the-job training will be provided to create and track documents to support alteration installation tasking properly. Ideally, you will have good time management, project management, organization, coordination, and communication skills to work effectively in a heavily matrixed environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret or the ability to obtain one
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Skilled in MS Excel and Project
• JIRA Confluence
• Familiarly with Configuration Control Boards (local and internal)
• Familiarity with technical manuals and drawings is a plus

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
