Data Entry Specialist - Residential Remodeling

Qualifications

Our preferred candidates will have the following:

• Have a minimum of (1) years of experience with CAD programs. Preferably in Chief Architect.
• Have a minimum of (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry preferred.
• Be highly detail oriented and possess exemplary communication and customer service skills.
• Effective time management skills
• Capable of prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.
• Work within a team setting to accomplish final product.
• Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Creates data takeoff information using Chief Architect software.
• Transfers data from takeoffs to various manufacture pricing programs and enters data and pricing into contract.
• Assists with edits to design based on manufacture specs.
• Inputs data from various catalogs and vendor resources into design contracts for client presentations, proposal work ups, & final product reviews.
• Verifies final quantities using team measurements and Chief Architect.
• Attends meetings with Designer & Design Tech to discuss project requirements and deadlines.
• Firm knowledge of all vendors and their individual pricing process.
• Send quotes to vendors for product estimates and follows up with final quotes and/or revisions.
• Performing additional duties may be required.
