GRACE is seeking an energetic, organized, mission-minded individual to perform and oversee the day-to-day data entry full-time functions for the organization.
Responsibilities:

• Helps maintain database systems;
• Enhances the effectiveness of database tools and services;
• Monitors database performances and improves technologies;
• Updates systems when necessary;
• Ensure all updates are installed;
• Conducts diagnostic tests and evaluates performance metrics;
• Develops procedures to ensure data integrity and quality;
• Responds to user reporting requests;
• Participates in all database and computer software meetings;
• Remains current and up to date on database trends;
• Other duties as assigned;

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology or similar;
• 2-3 years of experience in non-profit database management preferred;
• Proficiency using Raisers Edge, Charity Navigator, Abila Fundraiser 50, Greater Giving, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
• Excellent written and communication skills;
• Possess superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, problem solve, multi-task and be respectful of confidential nature of client information;
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail, including follow-through and follow-up;
• Must be punctual, dependable and able to deal and adapt to frequent changes;
• Ability to lift at least 20lbs.

All offers of employment are contingent upon the results of reference checks, a criminal background check, and drug screen results.
Salary is between $45,000 - $50,000, depending on skills and experience.
