Our Client located in Levittown PA is seeking an experienced individual to join our growing company to handle customer invoicing and assist with accounts payable and account receivable.
The individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customer credits, debits, and returns.
- Inventory Receipt: Process all incoming shipping for payment.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Organization and time management skills are a must!
- Experience working for a small company where people wear multiple hats
- High proficiency with MS Office especially Excel workbooks and Word
