Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Position Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for project-based work related to business operations – commonly regarding to aspects of company and employee performance. Will be responsible for data collection, data manipulation and data reporting. Data can include visits/day, types of visits, average time of visits, etc. Will frequently use SQL and Power BI for creating visual reports to share insights to our CEO and MGT teams. Strong skills using PHP and WordPress is a plus. Our company started in 2014, has 14 DFW clinics, 200+ employees, with plans of opening 2-3 more clinics in 2023.
Who we are Looking For: 3-5+ years experience
- Strong problem solver – should be able to prioritize multiple projects and handle ad hoc projects
- Skilled with SQL – types of data include but are not limited to:
- Daily patient volumes, types of visits, average time of visits, etc.
- Skilled communicator and able to interact with multiple department managers – Front Desk, Billing, HR, etc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline – required
- MBA is a plus
- Skilled with PHP and working knowledge of WordPress for custom development is a plus - but not required
Pay: Salaried role –
3-5+ years’ experience – estimated starting range
70k-90k+ (depends on exp)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEO and MGT teams to gather data and provide statistical insights
- Daily data extraction, data manipulation, and data visualization
- Upload daily/weekly reports
- ie) Import clinical data from EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and input into SQL Server
- Compare multiple data sets (Paycor vs Humanity) for example
- SQL knowledge is a must
- Will add data into SQL, compare varied data sets, and generate reports using Power BI
- Use of Power BI for creating visual reports
- Create dashboards in Excel and Tableau for data reporting utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Design and maintain database and server integrations
- Monitor and update internal billing system using PHP and MySQL to report data based on clinic procedural codes
- Assist with resolving IT tickets weekly to update website information and troubleshoot errors
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility for all web solutions and perform QA on finished products
