Position: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 -12 months + Extendable
Responsibilities:
- Drive expansion and usage of our Analytics Portal (CIC)
- Create additional metrics and analysis to explain the usage and engagement of our Analytics Portal (CIC)
- Create a formal program to manage onboarding, drive additional engagement, and retain our users
- Manage our SharePoint site which augments and sustains training and education for our users
- Create content and collateral helping users understand the value proposition of our Analytics Portal (CIC)
- Help uncover use cases and introduce new valuable features as drivers of engagement on the platform
- Work cross-functionally with our Center of Excellence and several other partner teams to foster a stronger sense of community and information sharing Skills and Background
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on marketing, training, and enablement to drive user behavior
- SharePoint site management and content creation
- Excellent creative and critical thinking skills – we need to address known gaps and build for the future
- Proven track record of expansion and adoption within your previous books of business
- Technical and Analytical curiosity – we are a team of Data Scientists serving the Sales organization
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
