Full-time customer service representative/inside salesperson needed for busy print shop in Naples. This person will work closely with clients, suppliers, our graphic design team, and account managers creating estimates from information and specifications gathered from our clients

• Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years industry experience (or a background in fast paced customer service)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude
• Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements
• Attention to detail
• Strong organization skills and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of office information systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of scheduling and invoicing
• Team oriented and dependable.
• Manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
• Must be hardworking, a self-starter and value working as a team.
• Willingness to learn and help in other areas
• Have a sense of humor
