Customer Service Representative Job at Prime Window Systems

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a full-time position in a high-volume, fast paced, warranty driven environment. Responsible for polite, professional and efficient telephone & e-mail communications with customers, ensuring timely response to all incoming calls while displaying an eagerness to serve customers’ immediate need
- Determines warranty eligibility of any service items in question based on current and historical warranty provisions, assigning customer costs for those items which are not covered by warranty
- Reviews customer requests for warranty to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and course of remedy — working directly with the customer
- Responsible for routing and for scheduling services with homeowner, dealers or contractors
- Enters complete and accurate order information into order entry system
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication, data analysis, and time management skills
- Must possess organization, multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities, frequent change and most of all be a TEAM player
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills
- Excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Scheduling knowledge
- Warranty experience preferred
