Client Services Representative
Hours: Full time, Regular Business hours

Position Purpose & Responsibilities:
Client Service Representative (CSRs) are assigned their own client accounts forwhom they are responsible and shall serve as the primary point of contact for these clients at PayNW. It is the goal of the CSR to provide exemplary service and assure all clients are confident in using PayNW services. CSRs are responsible for the production of timely and accurate client payrolls, payroll reports and other administrative work as dictated by the client portfolio. Duties include but are not limited to:
Knowledge & Competency Requirements:
- Creating a superior service experience for their clients by building connections, sharing product knowledge and acting with urgency.
- Work effectively with all other customer service and operational team members to ensure fulfillment of client expectations and service needs.
- Working supporting clients in the use of PayNW software, including but not limited to time and labor management and Human Resourcessystems.
- Promptly and effectively addressing and resolving client issues, requests or complaints to client satisfaction within bounds of PayNW operatingrequirements.
- Assuring payrolls are processed on time and accurately.
- Scheduling and monitoring payroll calendar for a book of clients.
- Performing payroll processing activities including entry of pay data, employee data maintenance and reviewing payrolls for accuracy.
- Assisting client in the proper handling of payroll related technical issues.
- Backing other CSRs as needed.
- Courteous and friendly manner. True desire to help our clients.
- Demonstrated competency in application of PayNW platforms to support client requirements.
- Solid foundation of knowledge of payroll rules and practices, wage & hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Dependability. Ability to be at work on time and to minimize outside interruptions to work day.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
