Position Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Midwest, you are responsible for all existing and prospective customers in your branch. Specifically, you will provide day-to-day support for all of our customers and members of the Sales Team.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Field customer calls and process their requests in a timely and effective manner
- Daily communication with Account Executives and Regional Sales Manager
- Source and price vehicles as required
- Ensure all orders are monitored for timely delivery
- Timely processing of all lease documentation and ensure files are accurate and complete
- Assist in delivery of vehicles as required
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP’s as required
- Responsible for the delivery of all completed files to our Operations Team
- Responsible for sending out the new customer welcome letters
- Assist in the completion of selector lists for clients as required
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding lease documentation, licensing, insurance, and all other service requirements
- Assist Regional Sales Manager, as required
- Provide prompt and superior customer service to all accounts
- Maximize all volume and profitability for these accounts
- Provide testing and support for new company IT system initiatives, specifically our proprietary ERP system
Performance Objectives
- Help achieve Gross Profit target spreads on lease portfolio through exceptional customer service
- Ensure effective customer contact to raise Customer satisfaction ratings and retention
- All lease documentation: Reviewed and signed off for accuracy and submitted no later than 3 business days following delivery
- Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings to stay up to date on team performance, activities and results
- Attend joint sales calls w/team members to learn and to develop best practices
- Identify areas of opportunity and encourage team members toward higher performance

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Prior automotive industry sales experience is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
