The best Customer Service is what we strive for daily! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities you will have but are not limited to:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times as well as co-workers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Knowledge of Amazon, eBay, and Etsy is a plus but not required for updating with new designs along with other platforms for selling our items.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
