Casco Industries, a Window and door Manufacture company in South Elgin and Genoa, IL is seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate for its South Elgin, IL location.

Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will assist, coordinate, and communicate information with the Sales and Production staff, along with customers. Main responsibilities include order processing of high-detail oriented accounts, managing customer web portals, ensuring accuracy of processed customer orders, maintain requirements of front office, and communicating effectively with internal staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Process orders of high-detail oriented accounts

· Ensure accuracy of processed customer orders

· Maintain customer requirements on web portal.

· Quotes and follow ups on commercial & residential

· Open order log updating orders in system

· Assist with office projects from various departments

· Organize and catalog Retail/Wholesale/Dealer documents

· Maintain requirements of front office

. Greet and direct all visitors, venders, clients, and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Experience in a customer service environment

· Knowledge of a manufacturing environment a plus

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

· Experience with AS-400 program a plus

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
