Pavestone LLC, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, manufacturer, and retailer of masonry products, is seeking a person to join our quality team to assist customers and contractors by providing quality Customer Service, both in person and by phone. We provide a good work environment, training, product knowledge, advancement, and a team approach to selling and customer satisfaction. Location is our Littleton, CO facility.

Primary Duties:

• Provide technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
• Create accurate and complete invoices and sales orders.
• Work with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and their applications and know major competitor product lines.
• Assist with dispatch in scheduling deliveries, process sales orders and complete daily paperwork.
• Should be familiar with inventory and inventory control. Assist with monthly inventory counts.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Available to work 40 or more hours per week.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Must be able to walk throughout material yards.

Qualifications:

• Inside sales experience helpful
• Experience in building materials industry would be helpful.
