Role Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service/Experience Manager your primary role is to represent the customer to ensure they receive the best quality care throughout their solar coaster journey. This position is responsible for but not limited to;
- Track and ensure we maintain a 24 hour response time
- Oversee refunds and cancellations
- Schedule service calls for warranty related issues
- Meet goals for monthly Google Reviews
- Handle escalated customers
- Internal training to enhance customer service
- Run a weekly team meeting
- Preside over the handoff between Sales and Project management
Requirements:
- Customer Service/Experience Management preferred but not required. The right attitude will determine individual success
- Minimum 40 hrs work week in office
- Emailing, texting and outbound calls required for communication
- Self motivated and driven
- Reliable form of transportation
- Preferred but not required experience; Gmail, CRM Platforms, Google Drive, Reporting, managing a team of 4-8 individuals
Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus
- Base Salary = $20-$25 per hour based on experience
- Monthly Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
