Customer Service Coordinator- Full Time- Portage, MI
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Portage, MI location. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to our students, customers, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting salon guests, managing the reception area, routing calls, data entry, managing the Point of Sale, and mentoring assigned student(s). Additional daily responsibilities include assisting with orientation, open houses, and other admissions-related activities. This is a Full Time position and will work 40 hours per week.
Pay rate for this position starts at $16.50 per hour depending on experience, location, and hours.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or clerical experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proven customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC and keyboarding skills
