Fun and innovative ONLINE Bakery is looking for a customer service representative.
Location
South Hackensack, NJ
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and enter orders.
- Respond to customer requests, inquiries and communications.
- Receive and resolve a variety of service issues, and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Conduct follow up phone calls to customers who have concerns or questions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.
- Facilitate the collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience
- Must work well under pressure, be able to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously
- Must be organized and time conscious
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Confident on the phone
- Computer Savvy / Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Macintosh
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have an excellent sense of priorities
- Must have data base management experience
- Customer service & relationship building
- MUST BE FUN, ENERGETIC and FRIENDLY
- MUST NOT BE ALLERGIC TO NUTS
- MUST LOVE FOOD!
Job Type:
- Full-time, 40 hrs per week
Required experience:
- Customer Service or Direct Marketing: 2 years
