Axios Professional Recruitmentis currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to fill an opening with a manufacturer and supplier of environmentally friendly outdoor furniture located inruralMulliken. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, a high-energy, positive attitude and heart for serving others.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate

· Answering phones and email to assist distributors and retail customers

· Learning and developing a deep understanding of our product line and what makes us different. We’ll help you with training!

· Ability to take direction and adhere to company policies in all circumstances.

· Attention to detail is required.

· Typing accuracy for proper order processing and communications to others inside and outside of the company.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or Zoom; responding to contact forms and orders originating from our ecommerce store.

· Marketing to our customer base using direct email campaigns through CRM software.

· Professional writing skills and grammar/spelling and database management required.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.

· Patience! Sometimes you need to deal with people looking for an ear or will direct customers to what’s best for their situation. Empathy with a strong knowledge base and common sense will be utilized daily.

· Organization skills are mandatory, as you will be dealing with multiple orders and interruptions throughout the day.

· A sense of humor. Some days are trying but we always try to enjoy our work and each other.

· You will be required to participate in our composting and recycling system while at work. You may also bring items from home to work for proper recycling.

Requirements of the Customer Service Associate

• 1-3 years of Sales or Account Management experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service required

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

• Ability to use a copy machine, scanner and fax machine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
