We have an exciting opening for a Customer Experience Supervisor. The right candidate is a self-motivated individual who thinks like an entrepreneur, constantly innovating and driving positive change to influence and shape Fortuity’s culture.
The person in this role will lead and supervise a team of Customer Experience Specialists to deliver an inspiring and unique customer experience through service that is helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

- You create and sustain an environment that motivates high performance, recognizes and rewards excellence of individuals and teams and focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience
- You deliver results though exceptional decision quality and problem solving, an extraordinary customer focus on analytics and the development of Customer Experience Specialists and Team Leads, focused on the customer experience
- You train, coach and develop your associates to grow their careers
- You're energetic and inspiring - always encouraging others to be the best version of themselves while demonstrating openness to change and commitment to personal/professional growth
- Monitor information to identify gaps and drive continuous performance improvement
- Support the resolution of escalated customer issues and report trending issues
- Direct interaction with client as directed in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Execute day-to-day duties including real-time workflows, reporting and QA
- Maintain a high standard regarding attendance and punctuality at all times regarding assigned shifts and meeting
- Other duties as assigned
You're qualified if you have:
- 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills across all channels
- Self-starter who thrives when collaborating with teams
- Coaching and mentoring skills
We are located in Franklinton at 775 West Broad, just west of downtown on a major COTA bus route. We have free parking in our own parking garage and convenient access to multiple freeways. Many on-site benefits are also available to our team members.
