Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, a typical day might include the following:
- Creating and ensuring that every customer contact is an outstanding experience.
- Provide an outstanding Customer Service experience through navigating solutions for both field employees and the customer via telephone, email or CRM.
- Execute jobs/work orders promptly and accurately.
- Respond and resolve complex customer requests and inquires.
- Educate customers on AME Landscape Companies policies and procedures, as well as the services we offer.
- Resolve issues, gather and provide information; always offering assistance and solutions.
- Basic account maintenance including: work order-entry, job scheduling, completed jobs, printing time sheets, GPS reporting, and calendar reminders
- Log workorders reported from field, customers and office staff
- Scheduling work orders and irrigation techs. Sending schedules to Area Managers and Techs as needed.
- Relay information to field and/or customers
- Gathering information, paperwork/pictures from field to complete for billing. Scan in completed work orders
- Close out completed work orders in CRM
- Print work orders for field employees
- Touch base with Area Managers on completed/not completed work orders. Reschedule and/or update missing information.
- Update employees and crews.
- Irrigation and work order reports.
- Collect information from field employees and following up with customers
- Sending estimates/NTE amounts for irrigation repairs to customers for work approval

You must meet the below requirements to be considered:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1 year of experience with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, CRM, navigation between software and programs.
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced, customer interaction environment, with the ability to sit for long periods of time, taking in-bound calls.
- Clear written and oral communication skills and comfortable talking on the phone.
