Customer Assistance Representative Job at MAXENT
We are seeking Customer Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We provide a merit based full corporate training with a fast track program to management 30-90 days. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. (ON SITE)
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the products and services to clients
- NO SALES OR COLD CALLING REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
_Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable in face pace environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $690.00 - $950.00 per week
