Our client, a small local manufacturer located in Keene NH, has a great direct hire opportunity for a
Custom Order Coordinator. This position will have you working onsite Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm and offers $19-$26/hour depending on skills and experience.

Your Duties/Responsibilities for the Custom Order Coordinator position include, but are not limited to:
- Working with customers to create a custom product
- Order coordination from order entry to Invoicing
- Processing customer payments
- Answering questions and solving problems for customers via phone and email
- Sales Support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years recent and relevant professional office experience
- Previous customer service/admin experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- Looking for a motivated individual who can adapt to changes and work with a sense of urgency
- Organized with good time management skills
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
