To help us continue to build on our vision, we are seeking a Junior Grow Technician to ensure

excellent plant care in all stages of life-cycle cannabis growth to include germination,

vegetative, flowering and harvest.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming,
• inspecting the plants
• Participating in cannabis harvest process including offload, harvesting, sanitizing and
• reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
• Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery, dispose
• of waste according to strict compliance guidelines
• Hang harvested materials and transport hangers to racks
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials
• Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and machine-trimming
• Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
• Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures

What You Bring to the Table:

• Must be 21+ or older
• At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment
• Experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
