YPS Anesthesia is looking for a CRNA to join its staff at a community hospital in Wichita Falls, Tx. This is a team-oriented CRNA only practice. Call is very manageable with a 1 and 6 rotation. Call is from home and callbacks rarely happen (no OB services at this facility).
Typical Cases are Urology, Orthopedic, Neuro, GYN, ENT, GI, and General surgery. They do have some pediatric ENT, ortho and dental anesthetics. No CV, Vascular, or OB cases at this facility. CRNAs need to be proficient in spinals and ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks. YPS would be willing to train candidates that don’t feel comfortable with any of the required skills.
CRNA compensation is $252,000/year base and OT is $150/hr on a 1099 with 8 weeks off (Income potential higher if OT is desired). Malpractice insurance is covered by YPS Anesthesia. YPS also offers group rate health, dental, disability, and life insurance.
