JOB SUMMARY

CRM Operational Specialists are responsible for leading and motivating retail team members to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible. They are responsible for maximizing front-end operations and controlling front-end expenses while ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service. A CRM Operational Specialist also contributes to the growth and development of retail team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all retail store customers are acknowledged, have their needs met, and concerns resolved quickly.
  • Direct retail store leadership to properly train and develop their respective team(s) through goal setting.
  • Ensure proper coordination of the front-end retail team to ensure service goals are met and procedures are followed.
  • Audit cash handling procedures to ensure policy and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist front-end leadership with forecasting and scheduling to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure ecommerce operations and standards are met with proper training and assistance.
  • Encourage a service mindset and focus for all retail store teams; be an example to all in customer and servant leadership through friendly and courteous behavior.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred.
  • Possess a vast knowledge of retail front-end operations and strong customer service along with a willingness to learn.
  • Three to five years of retail and customer service management experience.
  • Strong leadership, service and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel a plus.
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
  • Regular on-site attendance is required.
