Key Responsibilities
Design Develops collateral and material for projects; maintains consistent brand standards; decides which guidelines apply to each project.
Client Collaboration Collaborates with communications teams to assess client needs, decide appropriate deliverables and establish timeframes; determines time needed for each task and works with communications team to establish overall project timeline.
Project Management Ensures deliverables are on time and within budget; prioritizes tasks; ensures projects conform to PGE’s strategic direction, products, processes, customers and overall marketplace.
Production Coordinates with internal staff and with vendors (e.g., graphic designers, art directors, copy writers, photographers and printers) to develop and produce print and digital materials; manages print collateral inventories and distribution.
Requests for Proposal Assists with and coordinates proposals for creative work (e.g., printing, design); procures, analyzes and negotiates print estimates; ensures sign-offs/approvals and provides regular status reports to team and clients.
Education/Experience/Certifications
Education Requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience Typically two or more years in graphic design in both print and digital or related field. Experience creating and maintaining files for production-ready artwork preferred.
