Position: Pen Rider
Main Job Duties:
- Pen Riders at Beef Northwest spend the day riding pens, evaluating cattle
- Identifying sick animals and making accurate pulls
- Shipping, receiving and moving animals on the yardca
Compensation Package:
- Pen Rider Horse Allowance: Quarterly up to $2,000 every 3 months
- Board for Horses being utilized on the yard - up to 4 horses
- Hay and Shoes provided for up to 4 horses
- Company horses available for use
- Performance and Safety Bonuses paid quarterly
- Company Housing assistance depending on location and availability
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance after 60 days $68/month for a single employee, $204/month for employee and family
- 401k Retirement with 5% match after 90 days
