As a growing, diverse team with backgrounds in technology, entrepreneurship and investing, we are actively seeking a talented Corporate Partnerships Manager to focus on expanding our healthcare corporate partnerships. This role develops and expands strong relationships between Plug and Play and corporations, building a robust pipeline of members. The role also provides the unique opportunity to collaborate with top global executives and entrepreneurs. As a Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll discover and qualify sales leads and opportunities and be instrumental in closing those partnerships in collaboration with Plug and Play’s health vertical director, ventures, and partner success leadership.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE:


New Business Development:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, including in-depth business analysis to identify new competitive opportunities.
  • Identify outreach strategies and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage and track a robust pipeline of large, multinational corporations.
  • Forge and develop strong networks and relationships to enable the continued rapid growth
    of Plug and Play Health.

Contract Negotiation/Closing:

  • Work with the health vertical director to close corporate membership contracts.
  • Produce, organize, and maintain internal and external sales and marketing
    materials including presentation decks, proposals, case studies, competitive intelligence,
    and contact lists

Client Retention and Relationship Management:

  • Provide event production and logistical support for Summits, Expos, webinars, mentor
    sessions and other events.
  • Work cross-functionally with partner-focused teams to execute client requests.
  • Collaborate with corporate executives at events, deal flow sessions, and office visits to
    ensure all partners are engaged according to their business needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs and support in building
    client reports and presentations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Passion for healthcare industry and desire to learn the digital health landscape.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience selling technology products into corporations or
    selling corporate solutions.
  • Experience with B2B based partnerships in your vertical category.
  • A network of clients
  • Proven track record of effectively negotiating large business agreements and developing
    business relationships that impact company performance.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
  • Attention to detail for micro and macro-level outcomes.
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce CRM and other technology solutions

for driving sales.

  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements – start-up experience
    a plus.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new products and solutions.
