As a CORE Manager with Walser Nissan, you will be a pivotal leader on our team. Each day, you will work alongside our sales teams and oversee our support staff. Not only will you have the opportunity to assist in the development of staff, but you will work to coordinate with other Walser dealerships and the corporate office as a way to maintain open communication and transparency as a business.

What You’ll Do

  • Motivate, counsel and oversee the performance of all department staff
  • Monitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance measures
  • Act as the liaison (HR Point Person) to Human Resources and oversee all HR related processes on site
  • Manage all staff pay rates and hours worked, schedules, time off, and other administrative duties
  • Provide and coordinate administrative support for sales teams for things like POS Marketing, Key Track reporting, CSI tracking and deal administrative tasks
  • Assist with back-up coverage for receptionist, inventory specialist, and/or funding specialist as needed
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Three (plus) years dealership experience working in funding, titling, or sales
  • Post-secondary education preferred or combination of work experience and education/training
  • Proven ability to mentor, manage and lead others
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to influence others
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple priorities and deliverables while meeting varying timelines/deadlines
  • A great attitude, team player, and collaborator
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear message
  • Strong problem resolution capabilities, ability to think outside the box to resolve employee and business objectives issues and concern
