Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
Nogin is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager or Specialist to join our growing CRO team. Reporting to the VP of CRO and Site Excellence, your main goal is to improve the Nogin brands’ website sales conversion rates through end-to-end management of the conversion optimization process. This role will be pivotal in how we understand our customer conversion journey, build our test and learn roadmap and use web analytics to maximize our digital marketing advertising ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive revenue growth through creative thinking, compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution
- Develop the ideation, creation, setup, and launch of innovative and personalized user journey
- Generate and drive an ongoing roadmap of hypothesis-driven A/B testing to drive conversion improvement using web analytics, channel performance data, and revenue data
- Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources
- Work with cross-functional teams to support ecommerce conversion optimizations
- Report on Monthly and Quarterly results to Clients and Senior Leadership
- Track conversion performance and routinely benchmark to highlight incrementality
- Support initiatives for new business development for prospective clients.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years experience working specifically in CRO and Analytics such as Google Analytics as well as Nosto, Optimizely, and or Monetate.
- Working knowledge of Front end coding: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 5+ years of experience building and optimizing landing pages with UX/UI design principles in Shopify and Shogun and web funnels collaboratively with acquisition and product management.
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
- Proven history of managing CRO program resulting in incremental revenue growth
- Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
- Familiarity with enterprise SEO platforms like Ahrefs, BrightEdge, and SEMrush
- Comfortable using productivity and collaboration software like Jira and Trello
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
