The Position:

We are currently hiring for a Controller, whose primary location can be at either our Cedar Falls or Emmetsburg location. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, self-motivated, and able to maintain a positive image of one s self and of the Company.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing finance and accounting departments, providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management, its shareholders, and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. Candidate must actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc. s policies.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and timely financial management reports including, but not limited to,

monthly financial statements and annual audits.

• Assure payroll tax compliance

• Prepare quarterly and year-end tax reports

• Assure corporate income tax compliance

• Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems,

processes and data, and enhance the company s value

• Respond to management as assigned accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting

• Construction Accounting Experience preferred

• CPA preferred

• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory rules

• Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures

• Excellent analytical, creative problem solving and organizational skills

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

• Successfully passing drug and background screenings
