GStek is actively seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Contracts Administrator opening at the Corporate office.
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Location: On-site. Not a remote position.
Required:
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with cost type, fixed price, and time and material type contracts including setup, closeout, and final vouchers.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint accounting software.
- Experience utilizing WAWF/IRAPT for monthly invoices.
- Experience populating annual Incurred Cost Submissions.
- Experience with tier 1 subcontractors with regard to regulatory compliance and purchase order/subcontract execution.
- Experience with GSA Industrial Funding Fee accrual/submission/audits.
- Establishment of direct cost pools.
- Allocation of direct and indirect costs.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
- U.S. Citizenship
Highly Desired:
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Knowledge of monthly and year-end accounting period closure.
Job Description:
- Manage full life-cycle contract activities.
- Work closely with executive management, program management, and government contracting personnel in executing contracts.
- Document revenue and expenditures for contract activities.
- Advise management on matters such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
- Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts.
- Evaluate contract performance to determine necessity for amendments and/or extension of contracts, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review reports and prepare revenue estimates for budgetary action.
- Prepare regular and special budget reports.
- Prepare for and coordinate with DCAA and/or DCMA audit officials.
- Ensure contract wage determination rates are current and accurate.
- Ensure all aspects of the FAR/DFAR are met.
- Manage the GStek contracts department.
