General Description
Consistently produces quality content, provides design input and creates mock-ups, for Email Marketing campaigns, to engage target audiences and support business units’ objectives. Develops and writes in company’s voice in various formats for multiple channels (blogs articles, letters, website). Highly creative with advanced writing skills, both in Spanish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creates emails content, selects template, and generates mock-ups to meet the needs and expectations of different audiences.
  • Supports email campaigns along with Digital Marketing, Marketing Officers and Customer Knowledge.
  • Ensures all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality.
  • Develops content aligned with Marketing strategies and plans. Collaborates with marketing officers, designers, and other business units.
  • Develops and produces articles, scripts, copy ads or campaigns (research and interviews, if necessary) to drive traffic, improve customer engagement, leads and sales.
Education
Bachelor's (B.A.) in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations.
Experience
Two (2) years of related experience producing content for emails, digital media, and blogs.
Certifications / Licenses
No certifications or license needed.

  • Project Management: Accuracy and strong attention to detail when accomplishing tasks. Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple deadlines and projects, in a fast-paced environment and aggressive due dates, as well as passionate stakeholders and users. Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate collaboration, logic, and reasoning skills.
  • Creative skills: Advertising, printing, digital and social media knowledge. Content and marketing strategy; brand development.
  • Analytical skills: Stays focused on main issues, prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with timely completion of assignments. Collects, researches, and complements data; synthesizes complex or diverse information. Must be able to identify situations, look for alternatives and make appropriate decisions.
  • Communication skills: effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly develop written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish. Writing and translation; content and marketing strategy; brand development; social media knowledge.
  • Marketing/Product Management: Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes advertising and marketing strategy and tactics. Knowledge of internal and competitors’ products and services to provide the quality in service advice and proficient in Popular Brand.
  • Computer and technological skills: strong proficiency in the Microsoft suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentations software.
