Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Consumer Loan Operations Specialist for our Loan Operations Department in Arden Hills, MN. The individual in this position must provide professional consumer loan processing as well as the essential duties and responsibilities outlined below. Services are provided with strict adherence to departmental service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interface consumer, commercial and agricultural loans into core system accurately.
• Administer various lending software programs as assigned.
• Provide lender training for various lending solutions as assigned.
• Provide consumer lending software and website application support to lenders.
• Process credit bureau disputes timely.
• Maintain and submit accurate and timely reports to various internal and external recipients.
• Manage and process the other real estate owned and other personal property procedures and accounting entries with assistance from accounting.
• Perform all duties according to departmental service standards.
• Provide meaningful, respectful, and timely communication.
• Understand and Maintain Knowledge of bank lending related policies and procedures and Bank Regulations.
• Complete all new employee training courses and ongoing training as assigned.
• Resource for lending staff with regard to loan documentation and operational procedures.
• Provides backup support for all other functions of the department.
• Performs other accountabilities and projects as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Three or more years in a role related to lending including but not limited to; a lender assistant, operations specialist, mortgage processor, etc.
• Knowledge of bank lending related policies and procedures and Bank Regulations.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a limited amount of time.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of various software programs used for closing or document prep.
