Primary responsibilities:

Subcontractors & Vendors

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and assist with material approval submittals. Conduct weekly schedule meetings with key subcontractors and suppliers.

Coordinate all subcontractors and oversee the day-to-day activities of construction, including scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, monitoring of construction budgets, and accountability for all related expenditures. Direct subcontractors and subordinates. Provide periodic written reporting and scheduling updates. Evaluate situations and render decisions on certain issues without immediate supervision. Understand and implement OSHA safety requirements site wide.

Project Management

Working directly with the project manager to establish scopes of work, means and methods of construction, and sequence of operations. Complete daily reports of operations. Maintain a high level of communication with the project manager. Work closely with Project Management for utilities, permits, plan checks, and Certificates of Occupancy to obtain all necessary approvals

Required Experience/Certifications: 5+ years experience on USACE NAVFAC projects ,QCM CERT, OSHA 30 certificate, Current Driver License, CPR, EM385 1-1 Must be able to pass DoD security clearance for base access

Work Location: Cherry Point, NC

-Multiple locations - After the completion of project applied for you will be re-assigned to a new project. Travel is required as to where this is a full-time salary position.

Pay: $95,000.00k Annually Salary + Annual bonuses + PTO + Vehicle stipend + Gas Card + Lodging arrangements taken care of & paid for + Travel arrangements taken care of & paid for + Benefits!
