We are currently seeking a Construction Manager for our Cabinetry Division in the San Antonio market
The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
- Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
- Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues.
- Attend client mandated meeting as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
- Commit to being highly visible on job sites.
The successful candidate will:
- Understand carpentry, building, and contracting.
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills and problem solver.
- Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, project management and planning.
- Self-starter, flexible and follow processes.
- Be collaborative, honest, adaptable, creative.
- Maintain a positive attitude; priorities clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity.
- Communicate efficiently among all departments and meets deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.
- 3 years prior to construction preferred.
