We're seeking a front desk concierge to join a self directed team to deliver extraordinary greetings to residents, family and visitors. The concierge will provide excellent customer service as the representative of Splendido by greeting residents and visitors, receiving and directing incoming phone calls, and responding to resident requests for information and feedback, including addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. In addition, the concierge monitors building access and responds to emergency alarms, alerting appropriate staff and implementing emergency procedures, as well as provides administrative support services to resident services.

We have an opportunity for a part time position working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
