Job Summary:
Compassionate Home Care is looking for an In-home Caregiver to provide compassionate and professional home care to our clients in the Ramsey, Minnesota area. The Caregiver must possess excellent skills and a desire to provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing care, light housekeeping/cleaning, transportation and assistance with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with in-home care.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position, paid bi-weekly. Compensation for the In-Home Caregiver is between $16-18 per hour and will be based on prior experience and performance. In addition to working with a team of dedicated professionals, we also provide an incentive of up to $1,000 if you meet certain criteria.

Responsibilities:
- Experience providing compassionate in-home care
- Listen to and assess the needs of each client
- Conduct daily activities such as preparing meals, light housekeeping and shopping
- Provide companionship and support to clients
- Ensure the client's safety and hygiene
- Provide transportation to doctors appointments or other activities
- Communicate effectively with family members, medical staff, and other care providers
- Report any changes or issues about client’s health or safety to management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of in-home caregiver experience (or equivalent education/certification)
- Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrate a strong ability for communication, problem solving and decision-making
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
