Job Description Summary:

The Fatherhood & Strengthening Specialist is responsible for coordinating all services and helping to ensure that the customer is making meaningful progress toward enhancing education skills, preparing for, finding, and retaining employment. Our Specialists help parents that are interested in finding and maintaining employment and developing strong relationships with their children to overcome barriers in their lives.

Job Summary:

• 4-6 years relevant experience required OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of and established relationships with the local employment market and labor market needs.
• Ability to develop, evaluate, and implement a case management plan meeting all milestones.
• Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner and with due understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Experience in marketing employers and working with business professional community.
