We are looking for a Community Manager (CM) who will be accountable for day to day operations and managing resident relations. As a Community Manager, you will focus on achieving operational excellence by managing net operating income, occupancy, collections and home sales. You will maintain a best in class customer-centric culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities

  • Executing Havenpark standard operating procedures and policies
  • Cultivating resident satisfaction
  • Leading community marketing efforts
  • Maintaining occupancy goals of rental homes
  • Overseeing the sale of on-site homes
  • Maintaining a positive net operating income
  • Maintaining resident ledgers, generating monthly bills and collecting payments
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local and national vendors
  • Ensuring company equipment and community amenities meet safety regulations
  • Communicating with team members at all levels (i.e. maintenance, sales and leasing agents and home office staff)
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned by the leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in multi-family home property management, Manufactured Home Community experience a plus
  • Associates degree preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
