Looking to add a cook with strong line or prep experience to join our commissary team in advance of the grand reopening for the expansion of one of our four stores. Our central kitchen prepares raw and cooked product for our 4 restaurants and delivers 3 times per week. We process, lamb, beef, and chicken, as well as several vegetable and dairy based dips and sauce. Strong knife skills and previous relevant kitchen experience required. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs alone or up to 80 lbs team lifting, and stand for the majority of the shift.
For candidates with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, potential to train on deliveries and earn increased hourly rate.
Typical hours 8-6 five days per week (full time) with Sundays guaranteed off
