Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Team Lead to lead their Commercial Lines division in Louisville, KY.
What You'll Do:
Oversee retention and client relationship management of his/her book of clients.
Participates in strategic internal and external meetings to generate innovative solutions for clients and provides recommendations for an array of commercial lines property & casualty insurance.
Participates in pre-renewal, renewal, stewardship, and claims review meetings with clients as necessary.
Maintains excellent communication with team, internal and external clients at all stages of account cycle.
Prompt response to all client requests including expedited requests for policy documentation, such as certificates and ID cards
What You'll Need:
Current Indiana Property & Casualty Agent’s license
5+ years minimum experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance, including experience in an independent agency setting handling and servicing small to mid market accounts
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in risk management or similar field
Previous experience leading and managing a commercial insurance team
Professional Designation (CISR, CIC, ARM, etc.)
Familiar with TAM or AMS 360 (agency management systems) or insurer websites
