Our agency specializes in larger Commercial risks including Condominiums, Contractors and other Non-residential business property. We focus on premium accounts within the Property & Casualty sector. P&C insurance includes coverage to structures, property and belongings in the event of vandalism or total loss. Our agents can write all lines of Commercial business and in-house training to our new agents is provided.
Producer Responsibilities
- Participate in department trainings and sales meetings
- Quote and bind coverage for new business
- Shop renewals, create proposals and complete Acords
- Create relationships with the Insured and brokers
Skills
- Possess and maintain a 2-20 state insurance license, as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions.
- Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent oral and verbal communication
- Demonstrates core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture.
- No Previous Insurance experience is required
Income
- Our 1st year producers earn on average $60,000-$70,000
- Base Salary + Commission on New Business & Renewal
