Commercial Insurance Broker Partnership position includes selling insurance to new and current clients by directly contributing to and supporting sales goals of the Insurance Brokerage, to meet long-term and short-term goals for brokerage growth; to include new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention, and profit goals.

You must have a history of:

Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- writing new business
- compiling lists of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business
- contacting and qualifying prospective clients
- explaining features and merits of policies offered, and recommending coverage based on analysis
- underwriting and rating for new accounts
- maintaining knowledge of new products and initiatives
- developing long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
- maintaining sales records
Experience with AMS360 and AgencyZoom and Office365 preferred
Position requires a CA Property and Casualty Insurance License
