Construction company doing an 18 month project in Bentonville Starting January 9th is looking for personnel with the following skillsets:

• Candidate must be dependable and report to the project site each workday on time and ready to work at the specified start time

• Candidate must have a positive attitude

• Candidate must have their own transportation

• Candidate must be able to follow instructions and directions from leadership

• Candidate must be able to respectfully work with other team members

• Utilize and interpret blueprints to determine how and where to assemble and install HVAC sheet metal ductwork and equipment

• Measure, mark dimensions and lay out material to be installed using tools such as tape measure, laser, calculator, and square

• Install hangers and supports • Install sheet metal with welds, TDC/TDF, S&D, cleats, and duct sealant.

• Ensure that efficiency is maximized while installing HVAC systems

• Use hand and power tools to assembly the HVAC system in a professional manner

• Ensuring safety is a priority on the project during all activities, including using tools, working on elevated areas, and installing the HVAC ductwork and equipment.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required: • Ability to lift heavy materials and tools • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints • Excellent math skills • Tools (Please refer to the tool list below for minimum requirements) • Certification/Training for scissor lifts • Prefer a minimum of 4 plus years of sheet metal experience • Prefer 10-hour OSHA certification • Knowledge of building codes.
