¿Cómo sera tu día?
- Comunicarse con los consumidores por teléfono, aprobar la correspondencia escrita e intentar resolver las cuentas sin pagar.
- Documentar cada cuenta que se trabaje de manera eficiente, certera y precisa.
- Cosneguir la información necesaria para contactar a ese consumidor.
- Asesorar al cliente moroso para ayudarlo a encontrar la manera de efectuar sus pagos obligatorios.
- Cumplir y mantenerse actualizado con todas las leyes y regulaciones relacionadas a su posición.
- Mantener conocimiento y cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de TSI.
- Proporcionar información de ayuda a la empresa de áreas a mejorar.
- Hacer recomendaciones para implementar procesos mejorados.
- Realizar otras funciones que le asigne la empresa.

Please Note: Training for this role runs 2-3 weeks on-site at our Guaynabo office. After training, you will transition to working remotely. This role may move back to on-site at any point during employment with us.

What We Need:

- Experience with collections, customer service, sales, retail or just the motivation to learn a new skill

What your day will look like:
- Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
- Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
- Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
- Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
- Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
- Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
- Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
- Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Making recommendations to implement improved processes
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

For Remote Positions:
The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)- Hard wired connection (no wifi, wifi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
Employees must have dedicated internet connectivity/bandwidth that is sufficient to satisfy their daily responsibilities without interruption. It is recommended that while a TSI employee is working during their shift, other members of the household restrain from activities (e.g. streaming, online gaming, etc.) that may detract from the available internet connectivity/bandwidth. Employees who have significant interruptions according to their manager may be required to work on site.
