TheraCare Wellness is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary wellness group, which employs licensed mental health professionals, dietitians, occupational and physical therapists, yoga instructors, and more. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist to provide supervision, either remote or in-person, to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. This position comes with a high degree of independence, freedom, and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to pick your hours, and set your own weekly schedule. Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to up to 3 PMHNP's

Requirements

• Current and valid board certification in psychiatry
• Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residency
• Licensed to practice medicine in California
• Current DEA registration

Compensation & Benefits

• Reimbursement will be paid on an hourly basis for supervision ($200/hour)
• Our group renegotiates compensation from insurers and anticipates being able to provide raises annually.

• You have the freedom to pick your clients. We do not require that you accept any referral, and you therefore have the freedom to specialize in the clinical population you feel most suited to working with
