Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer- (Door Hardware)

Company & Position Overview:

Above All Store Fronts, INC. Est. 1993, is currently in search of an experienced CNC Programming professional with proven industry knowledge and experience in Door Hardware. This role will require the candidate to create, read and/or modify existing drawings in support of AASF projects using CNC Technology and prior knowledge of Door Hardware programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1-4 years Knowledge and/or Experience of CNC Programming of Door Hardware (Required)
• Manage the updates of system records with Drafting information/dates, such as eSub & other locations that may contain drawings, etc.
• Assists with process for Material Take-Off and Door Hardware Take-Offs
• Assists with the Input of field sizes into shop drawings
• Door Hardware Knowledge or Experience a Must!

Expected Qualifications:

• Associates (Degree a Plus ++) or related field experience acceptable. (Salary will be based on experience TBD in an in-person interview).
• Previous Glass & Glazing experience a plus, will consider relevant Shop/Door Hanging experience or related field exp.
• Must be able to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods (a Plus+).
• Ability to meet deadlines with Attention to detail.
• Experience with Computer‐Aided Design (CAD) System (a Plus+, but not Required).
• General computer literacy required with Strong math skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• The right attitude to possess a 'can-do' perspective in their professional setting, be detail oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic, while also having that umph to be sticklers for accuracy in their own work, as well as their staffs.

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:

• eSUB Project Management Software (Preferred)
• Bluebeam Editing Software (a Plus+)
• MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. (Required)
• AutoCAD (a Plus+)
• LogiKal (a Plus+)
• CNC Programming a Must!

Pay-Rate: From $30.00 Per Hr.
