MUST HAVES: CNC Milling Machinist Production Machinist CNC Set-Up Our client in Trumbauersville, PA is seeking a CNC Milling Machinist on 1st Shift. This machinist will be working in a production environment and drilling holes into a variety of window frames for train cars, armored vehicles etc...They will also be machinist different brackets and other components that will go into final assemblies. - Reading blueprints / engineered drawings - Set up a CNC 5 Axis Haas VMC and 3 Axis Haas Milling Machines - Individual will utilize measuring tools to inspect first piece, in-process and final inspection - Experience with Haas Controls is a PLUS - Machinist can read and understand programs (G and M codes). Can edit programs with little supervision. Understands feeds and speeds for optimal machining. - Can pick-up program Zeros. Can differentiate between machine/tooling issues and program issues.
