We are currently looking for State Registered Nursing Aides (SNRA) to provide excellent direct care for our residents. As an SRNA you will be on the front lines caring for our residents. Homestead Post Acute is recruiting new team-members who are passionate about working in a team environment and providing best-in-class nursing assistant care. Starting pay is dependent on experience and talent.

Available Schedules:

1. Baylor Program - Get paid an extra 4 non-worked hours per week.

A. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM (work 36, get paid for 40), or

B. Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 11 PM (work 32, get paid for 36)

C. + Weekend Shift Differential

2. Weekdays 3 PM to 11PM and alternating weekends

A. + Evening Shift Differential

As an SRNA your essential duties include:

· Proactive care for resident ADLs

· Regular Rounds

· Communication with nurses and other team members

· Friendly follow-up and follow-through

· Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork and fun among team members

· Be a champion for great customer service
